The integrative function of blood includes oxygen transport, protective, energy supplying and regulatory ones. It is known that the intensity and direction of sports training affect changes in the blood composition, which reflects the functional status of the whole organism. Key words: taekwondo, red blood cells, reticulocytes, hemoglobin, hematocrit. Saraykin, associate professor, Ph.D.Ĭhelyabinsk State Pedagogical University, Chelyabinsk PERIPHERAL COMPONENT IN YOUNG TAEKWONDOKASĭ.A. THE INFLUENCE OF TRAINING YEAR MACROCYCLE ON THE STATE OF ERYTHRON Such an activation of the erythron peripheral component indicates the activation of erythropoiesis and oxygen delivery to tissues along with their increased request. Thus, young taekwondokas a significant increase in the concentration of erythrocytes, reticulocytes, hemoglobin in whole blood is observed with the increase of load from the preparatory to the competitive period of the training process, along with the average content of hemoglobin in erythrocyte, level of erythrocyte hemoglobin saturation as compared with test data, but the increase in the number of erythrocytes and hemoglobin content has not been established from the preparatory to the competitive period. This suggests the lack of iron deficiency in the body and the activation of hematopoiesis. Increased physical load provokes adaptive changes in an athlete''s body, accompanied by the increase in hemoglobin concentration per unit of blood volume and erythrocytes. The purpose of the study was to determine the parameters of erythron peripheral component in young taekwondo in a year training macrocycle.
